Steve's forthcoming book: The Reflection In The Mirror
In this life, we are all born with unique gifts and talents. Every one of us has a natural advantage toward success, despite overwhelming controversy and adversity. But no matter how talented or gifted we are, it is the choices we make that ultimately affect our destiny. There is no height we cannot reach or, in turn, fall from.
It is truly inside of us whether we succeed or fail.
My reason for writing this book is to share my personal experiences as proof of the underlying truth to our existence: you can actually do anything you set your mind to,
but only if you absolutely believe that you can. Many people of great accomplishment already know this fact, and if you are in doubt, then I believe this book will change your mind for the better, and encourage you to reach for your dreams.
From day one, people tell us who we are, what we can do, and, more importantly, what we cannot do. This is pure hogwash. Only you can make or break any given situation in your life. Only you know what resonates inside of you. Your dreams are completely obtainable, no matter how lofty, if you simply believe what you already know inside: you can do it.
Nothing can squash your dreams like your own dread and doubt. There really is nothing to fear but fear itself.
I am not saying that you should try performing open heart surgery on your hamster simply because you truly believe that you can! But if hamster surgery is your dream, you can certainly obtain it, with a little faith, hard work, and perseverance.
In this life we all shall fail from time to time; otherwise, we would learn very little. It is within our failures that we are made better than we were, if we have the humility to acquire knowledge and growth from them. No matter how great the failure is today, tomorrow is another chance to make your success happen. Don’t “try” to reach your goals, just simply make them come true! “Try” is just another word for failure.
Positive belief and faith in yourself creates success.
In my book you will hopefully come to realize the unlimited potential that dwells within all of us. It is my hope that my personal experiences will benefit you, and maybe, just maybe, you will take from them something that will inspire you to reach beyond the ever subtle yet very restricting mental boundaries placed upon us from birth.
You are much more than what you have been told.
